Wet the body and hair thoroughly. Pour a small amount of product into the palm of your hand, onto a sponge or directly onto wet skin and hair. Massage the body, scalp and lengths gently into a soft lather. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Repeat on the hair if needed. It can be used daily.
