RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by him, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us - indicating the name, geographical address and, if available, telephone and fax number and email address) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or email). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period
of withdrawal.

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments made to us, including delivery costs ( with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of such refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
