RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

In accordance with European regulations concerning electronic withdrawals, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal the Customer is required to complete the dedicated form available in the relevant section of our website.

The withdrawal form is available at the following link.

The form must include the Customer's name, geographical address, telephone number and email address, together with the details of the order for which the withdrawal is requested.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to complete and submit the online form available on the website before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the last item.

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.

Such reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The Customer shall return the goods to the following address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal from this contract was communicated:

The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
