How to use

Apply a suitable amount of product to the clean, dry skin of the areas concerned. Spread the cream with circular movements and begin a gentle, unhurried massage. Continue massaging until fully absorbed, working over the areas under the most physical strain. Repeat up to twice a day or as needed. Wash your hands thoroughly after use and avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and broken skin.
