Come si usa

Open a vial and fit the spray applicator. Insert the applicator gently into the nostril. Spray 5 times per nostril. Breathe in gently through the nose during or just after spraying, to help the thermal water spread through the nasal cavities. Repeat several times a day, as needed. For best use, finish the whole vial on the same day. Use the applicator as directed on the pack and keep it properly clean between uses.
