This is a certificate issued by the Institute for the Protection of Italian Producers, which has developed a specification according to which only companies that produce entirely in Italy can obtain the 100% genuine Italian quality certification, "MADE in ITALY CERTIFICATE".
The certificate ensures that the entire production cycle (design, procurement of high-quality, first-choice raw materials, semi-finished products, mixing, wrapping, labelling, and packaging) is carried out entirely in Italy.
